Before any project is offered for marketing, Winville Homes Realty conducts its standard verification procedures to ensure that the property is covered by a valid Certificate of Title, that no Lis Pendens or pending litigation is annotated on the title presented during our verification, and that the project possesses the necessary government approvals required for lawful marketing and sale.

Winville Homes Realty fully respects and complies with all regulations issued by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD). Should the DHSUD issue any Cease and Desist Order (CDO) or any directive prohibiting the sale or marketing of a specific project or project phase, Winville Homes Realty will immediately suspend all marketing and selling activities involving the affected property until such directive is lifted or resolved.
